Crime Scene NJ 2 was a huge success from New Jersey to Florida.  These anthology authors address questions posed by readers at the Monroe Township Public Library in March of 2007.

Author and writing teacher Pat Marinelli led the SinC-CJ group in a project geared to boost reading and writing interest in young women.  This Girl Scount project was titled WRITE NOW and is considered to be a major success for the Girl Scouts and Sisters in Crime.

Past President Daria Ludas does the introductions.  Jamesburg Mayor Tony Lamantia was so impressed by this project, that he attended to watch and learn!  Children are a special interest to the Mayor of this small town and he champions any wholesome activities that will keep kids from getting into mischief!

Money Laundering & Financial Crimes

President and VP introduce Heather Accardi, the expert speaker for the month of February.  Her presentation centered on "white collar" type crimes like money laundering and financial crimes.  Monthly speakers at SinC are often experts that educate readers and writers alike!

Elaine was on hand when Nancy was awarded the 2007 Royal Palm Literary Award for her short story "Chasing the White Unicorn" which was published in Crime Scene NJ2 by Clued In Press.  Elaine was the editor for Crime Scene NJ1 and convinced Nancy that she could write short stories!
